Diet Update



Well I abandoned the WebMD diet plan. It was nice and everything, very effective, but I just couldn't get myself to document everything I ate every day. So I cancelled my subscription and continued to follow the guidelines. As of this morning, I have lost 18 pounds and am still going strong!

You look great. Don't worry about losing too much more think about just feeling and staying healthy. But I know you already know that!
