Diet Update

Well I abandoned the WebMD diet plan. It was nice and everything, very effective, but I just couldn't get myself to document everything I ate every day. So I cancelled my subscription and continued to follow the guidelines. As of this morning, I have lost 18 pounds and am still going strong!

Well I did some major renovations at blog-hints, I encourage you to check it out. I am also running the blog-directory with a script. This works great but I am still fine tuning it. Let me know what you think of it!

Well there is a new blog directory, it's called blog-hints.com. You can put your blog address and they will add it to the listig. This will help draw attention from the search engines and possible add traffic to your own blog. It might be worth looking in to.

Well, they didn't like my piece I wrote back in May, so they made me take the picture off...You'd have to read the comment. Anyway, I still say stay away from these guys!!!
